I'm grateful for food allergies. Sounds funny, but after my first allergic reaction to food, I began making my food from scratch, reading food labels, and cutting out highly processed and fast foods. That began my headfirst dive into researching food and balancing my diet. Before those allergies arose, I was on a downhill slope to turn out like 93% of the American population in metabolic distress. I'd gained 20lbs after my wedding and facing buying the next size up pair of jeans.

Those allergies forced me to take a new path and learn what it takes to maintain a healthy body. Now I get to share what I've learned with you! I work one-on-one with individual clients to get their nutrition dialed in, helping them to adapt to their unique challenges. Coaching nutrition is a collaborative effort and I make sure you are in charge of the process. I help you develop key strategies and habits to assist in behavior change. And I'll be there for the ups and the downs, giving you accountability, motivation, and mindset tips to forge through.
